As a dietitian, I am here as a resource. I have over 6 years of training in the field, over 2 in which have been sport specific.
Who I Work With
If you are worried I only work with athletes, you couldn't be more wrong! I do work with athletes, but I also work with a ton of active individuals, whether you're into weightlifting or just working out to be healthy! No client is too big or small for me.
Why Work With A Dietitian?
There are many reasons people seek me out for help. Maybe you are crushing it during training but want that extra edge that will enhance your performance. Maybe you are sick of dieting and want to finally find food freedom. Maybe you are so busy with work and family, you need help planning when and what to eat around your busy schedule. Whatever the reason, I am here to help.
What You'll Get:
I start with a 15 min free discovery call where I will ask you a few questions to make sure we are a good fit together.
Once I have established we are a good fit, I do what I can an initial assessment. This includes

A comprehensive nutrition assessment that goes over previous health, social, and medical history, food preferences, nutrition goals, schedule, and current nutrition/supplement intake.

Goal Setting: for short term and long term goals.

Weekly check ins. Like I said above, I am here as a resource to you, but I am also here to help hold you accountable. I use the app Cronometer to help monitor my clients. Before you say anything, I know Cronometer is a Macronutrient tracking app but it has so many other functions! So whether you are trying to get away from tracking or want to use it occasionally as a tool to help stay on track, I can monitor and communicate through the app.



Weight Class Specific
With my experience working at the UFC with elite level mixed martial artists and being a national level olympic weight lifter, I have a good amount of experience working with weight class athletes. Whether you are looking to work your way up or down to another weight class or need to make weight for a fight or meet, my goal is to safely and efficiently get you to where you need to be!

A weight descent or ascent plan to help you stay on track with your weight loss or gain.
