Getting More Water Into Your Day⠀
Who here is notoriously bad at drinking water? Who’s guilty of not drinking enough water during the day so you chug water right before bed, only to have to wake up 100x in the middle of the night to pee?
I used to do this ALL the time until I realized how much better I felt throughout the day when I DID drink enough. I would feel tired and sluggish and get nasty headaches until I Started👏🏼Drinking👏🏼More👏🏼Water👏🏼Period. I know it’s tough, but here are a few tips to get more water in during the day: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✔️Invest in a good water bottle. You don’t have to spend an arm and a leg, but having a good durable water bottle, especially one that keeps your water cold all day, can be helpful. I don’t know about you, but having my own bottle, (especially one I can make my own with ALL the stickers) makes me want to drink more. Keep it with you throughout the day and refill when empty. I love my @hydroflask . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✔️Mix it up with sparkling water. There are so many different kinds of sparkling water out there right now. I'm really liking the Spindrift raspberry lime ones that you can get at TJs! If you think sparkling water tastes like static, don’t be afraid to spice it up by throwing in some fruit and/or veggies to keep it interesting!
✔️Eat hydrating foods. Fruits and veggies are made up of mostly water so making sure to fill up on these is super important! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Increasing your water consumption is an easy way to improve health without spending too much time, money or effort! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
